We hold our weekly Thursday night meetings at the University Chaplaincy (Emmanuel Centre) that be found at the main entrance to the University of Leeds on Woodhouse Lane.

Catch any of these buses between Headingley and Leeds. Get off the bus opposite Leeds University (The large white buildings on your right). Cross over the road and head towards the Leeds University Parkinson Building (the one with about 30 large steps in front of it). Opposite is a yellow stone church building. This is the Chaplaincy (Emmanuel Centre).

Catch the Number 49 bus from any of these bus stops and travel through Burley past Opal Court 1 & 2 and into the city centre. Get off the bus at the Art Gallery, just after the Town Hall. Walk up Calverley Street (on the left of the Art Gallery) past O’neills pub on the left and Millenium Square on the right (the white building with the gold owls and clock). Take a right just after this building up Portland Way alongside Leeds Metropolitan University. At the traffic lights at the top of the hill turn left up Woodhouse Lane. Continue on this road past the Halo nightclub until you reach a yellow stone church building on the left. This is the Chaplaincy (Emmanuel Centre).
Walk up Eastgate onto The Headrow and continue up the hill past Primark on the right until you reach PC World on the left. Turn right up Albion Street onto Woodhouse Lane. Continue up past the Post Office, the Oceana nightclub and Morrisons. Further along this road is Leeds Metropolitan University. Pass this and continue up beyod the Halo nightclub until you reach a yellow stone church building on the left. This is the Chaplaincy (Emmanuel Centre).
The Parkinson steps can be found opposite the Chaplaincy building. On top of the building is a clock tower. If you follow any of the above directions to the Chaplaincy you will be able to see the clock tower and also the steps.
